This is our On-Site service rate where
we come to you. We add a trip charge to the first half hour. This is
the most convenient option for you. You do not have to remove the system
from your home. $45.00 1st Half hour
$37.50 each half hour thereafter

Bench Rate |

This is our Bench rate. You can
use one of our drop off locations or we will come get the computer from you.
This rate is lower since we can service multiple systems on the bench at a time.
This is the best option for systems that are in pretty bad shape and will
require more of our time. $35.00 1st Half hour ($5 fee removed if you use
a drop off location)
$30.00 each half hour thereafter

you have a less complex problem and we feel we can assist you with correcting it
over the phone.

rate is for server, workstations , printers and other networked devices
you need serviced. This also includes network wiring and networking
